Seguridad y Protección de datos de carácter personal

No está obligado a nombrar un Delegado de Protección de Datos, pero en su defecto podrá poner de manifiesto cualquier cuestión relativa al tratamiento de sus datos personales ante el responsable de tratamiento y cuyos datos de contacto son los mismos.

2. Finalidad y tratamiento

En ocufysystem.com se realizan tratamientos de datos personales. Sus datos serán tratados con la finalidad de gestionar la prestación de servicios que haya contratado con ocufysystem.com. Adicionalmente, ocufysystem.com podrá tratar sus datos personales para dar cumplimiento a cualquier obligación legal que le incumba, en cumplimiento de la normativa fiscal, laboral o mercantil, entre otras. Plazo de conservación de los datos personales: Los datos personales de los clientes serán conservados mientras sean necesarios para la prestación de los servicios recogidos en el contrato. En el momento en que no sean necesarios para esta finalidad, los datos serán bloqueados durante el periodo en el que puedan ser necesarios para el ejercicio o la defensa frente a acciones administrativas o judiciales y solo podrán ser desbloqueados y tratados de nuevo por este motivo. Superado este periodo, los datos serán definitivamente cancelados.

3. Destinatarios de los datos personales

Sus datos personales podrán ser cedidos a Administraciones, Autoridades y Organismos Públicos, incluidos Juzgados y Tribunales, cuando así lo exija la normativa aplicable. También podrán tener acceso a sus datos personales los proveedores de servicios que ocufysystem.com contrate o pueda contratar y que tengan la condición de encargado de tratamiento.

4. Legitimación para el tratamiento y cesión de datos personales

12. Política de Privacidad y Protección de datos

Ocufysystem.com garantiza la protección y confidencialidad de los datos personales, de cualquier tipo que nos proporcionen nuestros clientes (tanto particulares como empresas) de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales.
